My Biggest Failure in Fitness EVER!

Back in December of 2007, I originally came up with the idea to start Workout Muse as my first online business.

I had just purchased several new macs with garage band, so I thought I was going to be able to do do these audio interval training soundtracks myself.

I started messing around with it one day and just couldn't figure out how to do it.

Seconds became minutes and minutes became hours... and I was started to get really frustrated and pissed off.

In the end I spent 4-5 hours trying to build the first TABATAS soundtrack.

Honestly... it was the worst thing I have ever done, ha ha.

The music was some free stuff I got off of podrunner and the timing was WAY off.

So, I said screw it!

The next day I made a post on craig's list in search for a sound designer in the local Milwaukee area (this took 60 seconds).

The next day Topher, my Workout Muse partner and head sound designer, contacted me to set-up a meeting (this took another 60 seconds).

We met 3 days later we met and were a perfect match so we started up Workout Muse (60 minute meeting).

And the rest is history!

For example, I will be proving my 16-Week Rapid Fat Loss Cardio E-Book and Bonus Cardio Interval Soundtrack (among other things) for the interval training site and my TOP 6 RAPID FAT LOSS BOOT CAMP WORKOUT TEMPLATES (among other things) to the boot camp site…

* A landing page link to the EXACT site you want to drive traffic to for visitors to opt-in in order to receive your report

* A Professional Photo of you to break down barriers between you and website visitors along with a brief, concise bio (1 paragraph max, though 3-5 sentences is ideal) saying who you are and what you have to offer - this is your shot to get people to your link (I will personally add your pic and bio to the website)

* It’s your responsibility to ensure that you have a way of capturing leads/email addresses from people who a piece of what you’ve got

3.) DEADLINE: SEPT 1ST, 2008

- I will be reviewing and then accepting all comers on a first come, first serve basis
- Only QUALITY, ORIGINAL content will fly to ensure both sites maintain integrity
- It is in your best interest to get your freebies to me ASAP as I will be adding your bio and links in the order I receive them, and obviously the higher you are up on the page the better chance you have to get more leads!
- As I mentioned, I will be adding material throughout the year amongst several targeted promos, but once a fitness pro grabs a slot on the list in terms of how close they are to the top of the page (where most leads will be generated), that spot is theirs!

In life, as in business, you can either take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way, or you can simply let the parade pass you by.

I am looking for the best of the best and any currently successful or emerging fitness entrepreneurs looking to build theirs lists FAST!
